Renea Barrett of Soft Touch Acupuncture has just returned from the Washington D.C. area to bring a new allergy treatment system to her Springfield clinic.
This new system is called Advanced Allergy Therapeutics (AAT). AAT is an advanced and proven therapeutic technology that treats most forms of allergies. It is break-through, proprietary therapy that merges western science with 3,000 year old Chinese medicine. This treatment is non-invasive and drug-free – meaning NO NEEDLES OR EXPENSIVE HERBAL REMEDIES.
The AAT system is extremely popular in Austrailia, which has seen an explosion in allergies since the depletion of the ozone layer over their country. This system is only about 10 years old, but is showing great promise in relieving allergy symptoms for several years.
The therapy uses pressure rather than needles to stimulate specific points along the paraspinal muscles , while the patient is exposed to safe levels of the allergen. A digital signal of the allergen is administered to the patient. The data base contains 25,000 allergens, included the molecular identifier.
The first treatment would be addressing a sugar mix. Why a sugar mix? The clinical trials have shown that even natural sugars play a role in allergies which can manifest in problems such as: Irritable Bowel Syndrome, chronic sinusitis, acid reflux, migraines, headaches, digestive problems, seasonal and pet allergies.
Renea was mentioning that many people seem to experience clearing of the sinuses with just the sugar mix treatment alone. Quite a few people have noticed a reduction in snoring volume as well. Because of the complexity of allergies, the number of treatments needed varies.
The fee schedule is $150 for the first treatment, $85 for successive treatments if needed or requested. Renea’s website has more info: www.softtouchacu.com. Call 882-7445 for an appointment. Soft Touch Acupuncture is located in the Spring Valley Business Center behind Red Lobster.
