- Do you have problems breathing through your nose?
- Do you eat basically the same type of foods every day?
- Do you eat food that contain soy, or soy lecithin, eggs, dairy, wheat or corn syrup? Read the ingredients on the labels of the foods in your kitchen.
- Do you feel tired after eating?
- Have you or your family members noticed a change in your mood after consuming certain foods?
- Do you have weight that doesn’t seem to budge with normal diet and exercise?
- Do you sometimes feel bloated even with portion-controlled meals?
- Do you have acid reflux, heartburn, irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, diarrhea, eczema or insomnia?
